Real Tiles & Bathrooms was delighted to work, once again, with luxury property developer Scott Bespoke Homes, this time on a stunning six-bedroom prestige family home in Prestbury. Newly designed and built, containing four stylish bathrooms, an extravagant principal walk-in wardrobe, an impressive central staircase and a vast contemporary open-plan kitchen lounge area, the property has stunning views of the Cheshire countryside.
Having worked closely with Real Tiles and Bathrooms over the years on many successful projects, Jason, Owner of Scott Bespoke Homes, consulted again with Co-Director Austin to source bathroom tiles, brassware, sanitaryware, accessories and shower screens for the property's four bathrooms, and the prestige claystone beige Italian porcelain floor tiles for the ground floor. Jason had a strong vision for each bathroom and wanted his selection of products to reflect the light and airy feel of this prestigious family home, whilst maintaining a relatively neutral and elegant style to appeal to all tastes.
Jason explained, "To create a showstopping effect in the principal ensuite bathroom, I chose Flaviker porcelain marble-effect tiles for the floor and walls, complemented by a custom-made bespoke matching floating double basin. Using the same tile throughout gives this bathroom a seamless extravagant feel, whilst emphasising how spacious it is.
"For the walk-in shower, the showroom supplied a grand shower screen and high-quality gold shower kit, creating a stylish, minimalist look."
Jason has made a bold statement by going monochrome in the main bathroom, carefully choosing a top-of-the-range rich matt black shower kit, bath filler and stylish shower screen with a matt black frame from Real Tiles & Bathrooms.
In the downstairs modern cloakroom and washroom, Jason was working with a smaller space but still wanted to create an impact. Flaviker Supreme Memories tiles were used in 'Dark Stone' behind the wall-hung WC to contrast with the neutral floor and wall colour, paired with a matching bespoke sink plinth. Adding eye-catching smokey black accents, Jason chose a Bagnodesign matt black tap and matt black countertop basin to create a feeling of depth.
Real Tiles & Bathrooms also supplied large format, neutral claystone beige Italian porcelain tiles which have been laid throughout the entryway downstairs and into the vast kitchen area, giving the entire ground floor a cohesive and seamless feel. Perfect for those chilly nights, the kitchen area features underfloor heating throughout.
Jason commented: "It's always a pleasure working with Real Tiles & Bathrooms, Austin and the team are very supportive and this development project was no exception. After carefully designing and building this luxury development myself, I was looking for cutting-edge bathroom products and tiles and Austin was able to help me bring my vision to life. The finished effect is a prestigious, bespoke family home which truly has the wow-factor, and we have been inundated with prospective clients."
